At the end of January, we signed a joint venture agreement with IT consulting firm RCI Asia Pacific, boosting our existing omnichannel capabilities and increasing our local presence in this area. During the summer, we joined forces with Salesforce Japan who co-sponsored OSF Days of Excellence in Tokyo – our exclusive business networking event bringing together thought leaders and innovators from the APAC region to meet and discuss the unique challenges and opportunities present in the area. We also announced the launch of Integrator for OMS Pro, a cartridge that facilitates the integration between RCI Global Service’s OMS Pro product and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Rounding out a year filled with so much action is the news that in December 2018, leading tech publication APAC CIOoutlook named OSF Digital a Top Ten Salesforce Consulting/Services Company in 2018. The magazine recognized us for our expertise and the many achievements we’ve attained, both in the APAC region as well as on a global scale. Our CEO, Gerry Szatvanyi mentioned in the vendor profile on APAC CIOoutlook’s website that, “We collaborate as a single team and, as a result, we deliver outstanding projects everywhere.”
We’re only getting started! 2019 promises to build upon the great foundation that we’ve created with our presence in the APAC marketplace, and we’re looking forward to leveraging our many partnerships, and solid relationships with our many customers, both new and old.
