Our Raves for Faves

Our Raves for Faves!

Our mystery shoppers spent time shopping at 115 retail and brand companies (across 14 verticals) to look at omnichannel functionalities and features to analyze the good and not-so-good for the 2022 Omnichannel Retail Index report. Here is a brief look at their observations on wish lists.

Wish lists can really improve the shopper’s experience, making it easy and convenient to mark what they like while on the shopping journey. Our consultants noted some capabilities that turned up the wish list joy.

Houzz

It makes sense that someone looking for a specific home item may need to note detail, feature, or image. Imagine viewing 25+ rugs or lamps. The ability to reference a note while reviewing your wish list can make it easier to hit the buy button.
Michael Kors

Michael Kors allows you to “Add All to Bag” from their wish list. Customers can make a multi-item purchase with one click — convenient! A bonus: you can search for a friend’s wish list if they have marked it public so that you can find the perfect gift with a click.
DWR’s favorites

Design Within Reach allows the shopper to add comments to favorite items. Uniquely, customers can add to favorites as a guest (with a 15-day time limit). This is a nice touch for someone who doesn’t have an account or doesn’t want to sign in to shop.

Make it easy for your shoppers to create a wish list or multiple wish lists, and you can be marked as one of their FAVES!
