SOLUTION
  • OSF Digital replatformed the retailer’s website with Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s Reference Application, which allows quick and easy ecommerce replication to other countries and locales.
  • We implemented a ‘Premium advantage’ feature that helps the retailer mark certain products as Premium, increasing visibility to all customers but only allowing Premium Loyalty buyers to add them to their cart.
  • We implemented a ‘Next Generation’ feature that allows customers to check a product’s availability, reserve it for purchase, and pick it up in-store. This solution helped the video game retailer incur revenue during the pandemic while many stores closed.
  • We integrated third-party solutions for loyalty (Megacarte), cross-selling and product search (Einstein), better management of ratings and reviews (Bazaarvoice), easy payment (Payline), and SEO-optimized content-based on search (Google Tag Manager). These solutions boosted sales, increased revenue, and contributed to a connected, seamless, enhanced customer journey on their website.
  • OSF Digital also offered support and maintenance throughout the onboarding, a training period, as well as maintenance and webmastering services to encourage a smooth transition while replatforming. This ensured that all internal teams remained operational and integrated seamlessly until the project launch.
