Stern Partners wanted to connect their brands and their Salesforce Clouds. The organization selected OSF Digital as the singular partner to create a detailed roadmap to help them achieve this. In a multi-phase digital transformation, OSF is individually optimizing ecommerce for seven of Stern Partners’ retail brands and unifying six of them under one multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem.

OSF Digital is migrating six brands — Bootlegger, cleo’s, Ricki’s, Suzanne’s, Urban Barn and Warehouse One — to Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA, using Ref App architecture. We’re also implementing and integrating Salesforce Marketing, Service and Sales Clouds for these brands.

By using SFRA, this solution will support the goals to:

  • Provide a better understanding of customers by unifying data
  • Reduce the cost of ownership and maintenance
  • Enable faster speed to market for new features and innovation
