Established in 1973 by Moët et Chandon, Domaine Chandon became the first French-owned sparkling wine venture in the United States. For over forty years now, Domaine Chandon combines traditional French techniques and winemaking knowledge with the beautiful, sun-ripened fruit of California to craft sparkling wines of the highest quality.
Domaine Chandon was operating on a WordPress site that couldn't keep up with the brand's expectations of a high-performing webstore, and lacked features to drive conversion. Additionally, the site lacked a robust Club ecommerce experience, which caused churn among existing members. Domaine Chandon's site required significant support from the IT organization and did not allow business users to easily support their marketing goals.
