Aristocrazy lacked a single view of inventory across its selling channels. The brand needed an OMS system that would allow them to manage stocks and orders from their central online store and all physical stores. They wanted to integrate brick-and-mortar store stock in the online company store and use physical store stock to avoid losing customers for lack of online store stock. Aristocrazy also wanted to provide a BOPIS (buy online, pick up in store) option.
