Store Locator

Store Locator is a cartridge designed to provide enhanced store locator functionality for Salesforce Commerce Cloud websites. This SiteGenesis and Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) compatible product provides merchants with a method to offer shoppers a seamless path to purchase.

Customers are able to find their closest store and obtain information about the distance to it based on their current location or on the approximate location determined using the Geolocation service provided by Salesforce Commerce Cloud. A search box is available for shoppers to use to search for an address with the distance being displayed based on the final result. Finding a grocery store, bank, or automotive dealership is easier, and the entire customer interaction with your brand is enhanced.

Store Locator has received the Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) Certification from Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

    Detect location

    Provides relevant details about the nearest stores by detecting a shopper’s whereabouts using their browser or Salesforce Commerce Cloud Geolocation in case the shopper doesn’t provide access to their location.

    Store cards

    Display cards containing store information and distances provided by Google Maps Distance Matrix API which is used to calculate the distance between the customer’s location and the stores, sorted by the distance from the current address.
  • Allow Search & Filter


    Shoppers can search for stores near a location different than their current location by using a postal code, type in a state/region, country, city, or address.

    Each store/event listing provides essential information such as address, contact details, opening hours, and any additional services or amenities available at that location.

    Add and modify information about your stores directly in Business Manager. Customize store information cards, path colors and shapes according to your brand identity.

  • Get Directions


    In addition to calculating the distance between your customers and the stores, customers can also get directions to a selected store.
  • Social Sharing


    Customers can share a store card or event card on Facebook or Twitter. The option is available in the store card details.
  • Manage Events


    Manage present and future events directly in Business Manager. Allow your customers to subscribe to an event and receive an email notification before the day of the event.
  • Responsive Design


    The store locator is designed to be responsive and mobile-friendly, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
