The award acknowledges the OSF team’s excellent work on an innovative connected commerce project. It was presented during a virtual event organized by Salesforce for its Spanish and Portuguese partners. The award comes as a great recognition of the company’s grocery expertise and its contribution to accelerating digital transformation in the grocery industry through customizable technology.
OSF’s winning project was delivered for one of the largest grocery retailers in Iberia. The grocery retail giant was looking for a strategic partner to successfully replatform, deploy, support and maintain its ecommerce program.
With experience helping supermarkets and grocers ramp up technology for better service and customer experiences, OSF Digital stepped in to help the retail chain reach its desired technical goals of scalability, stability and web performance. The project included replacing the company’s legacy ecommerce platform and implementing a new, flexible and scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud-based ecommerce solution.
Furthermore, OSF Digital went the extra mile to assist the grocery retail chain with onboarding its technical team and training them on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
