Deutsche Post DHL Group was using several solutions to track and manage their applicants. These solutions were working in silos, which resulted in scattered data and inefficient processes. DHL was looking for a single, company-wide solution to manage and store their applicants’ data.
OSF Digital provided consulting services to Deutsche Post DHL Group to help them set the basis for the implementation of a company-wide, centralized application-management system for all employee groups. Having started with analyses of DHL’s existing application workflows and processes, OSF then performed segmentation of potential applicants in-target groups and developed new application processes for each group. OSF also conducted research and analysis of common HR-management market solutions, and provided recommendations. Additionally, OSF designed approval systems and stage-management within the application process.
