Québec City, Canada – April 06, 2021 – OSF Digital announced today that it has started work on a Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds support project for Canada Life UK. A UK-based subsidiary of the Great West Lifeco companies, Canada Life UK provides group and individual protection, retirement planning, annuities, investment bonds and estate planning services to individual investors.
Seeking to make the most of its Salesforce investment, Canada Life UK decided to engage OSF Digital to help them embrace a multi-cloud approach and build a roadmap for the company’s commerce future.
OSF Digital will perform enhancements to Canada Life UK’s Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds. By integrating Service Cloud with its insurance policy administration systems, OSF will help Canada Life UK create a connected cloud environment that enables direct multi-cloud communication and bi-directional sync between the systems. This work will bring clarity and consistency to Canada Life UK’s digital system by unifying its tools and processes.
Furthermore, OSF will help Canada Life’s team leverage the robust capabilities of Salesforce clouds by sharing best practices for deployments, data quality and much more.
Upon project completion, Canada Life UK will obtain a unified view of customer data and leverage it to deliver an exceptional experience. The company will be able to improve its service capabilities, provide efficient support to partners and clients faster, align processes and streamline the unified experience across systems.
