Launched in 2017, Stockday was the first digital route-to-market in Romania, becoming JV HEINEKEN & CCH in 2021. It is an alternative solution developed with Heineken and Coca-Cola HBC Romania for retail customers. Already a Salesforce customer, Stockday relied on a highly customized multi-cloud system with Service, Experience, and Marketing.
Stockday planned to serve their customers better and accelerate their digital transformation, but their ecommerce platform didn’t align with their growth goals. The company also faced internal challenges, with heavy logistic processes spread over multiple systems with extensive uptime. To be positioned for expansion, they wanted to address their challenges.

OSF Digital replatformed Stockday to Salesforce B2B Commerce Lightning, following their bespoke model and delivering an 80-90% customized shopping platform. We connected it with the existing Salesforce applications for which we provided support and maintenance. We reset Marketing Cloud to an OOTB version, eliminating redundant data to improve platform speed and customer experience.
