With their mission being to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to consumers around the world, the global beauty brand needed to provide a deep customer experience based on their unique journey, regardless of the device they use.
The L’Oréal Paris website was not mobile-responsive and provided no possibility for a customer experience beyond the classic ecommerce one. The current solution was not versatile enough to cope with the content management campaigns the brand aimed to release.
