OSF Digital took an in-depth approach to the redesign of seal-link.com. All of Kastas’ B2B commerce portal’s pages were upgraded to be more responsive. The brand also gained robust ERP functionality through the implementation of SAP and its integration with their Salesforce Community Cloud-based commerce website.
New features were added to the ‘My Account’ section of the site including providing Kastas’ customers with a simplified account management process via a user-friendly control panel and offering a quick overview of their order and personal financial history.
Furthermore, OSF Digital simplified and shortened the checkout process for Seal Link to enable their customers to complete their purchase in one step. The range of capabilities at checkout has been extended to include a partial shipment checkbox and the ability to add a new shipping address.
Additionally, Seal-Link’s shopping cart was improved to enable the brand’s customers to add their saved order to their cart and get a stock update from SAP. Shoppers can now place an order by uploading an Excel file with a list of items, instead of ordering items one by one, export their shopping carts to PDF, and limit the total cart value for credit card payments.
