With a powerful tech stack comprising Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Einstein, IKKS was already familiar with the robust capabilities of Salesforce solutions. After five years of growth, IKKS recognized the need to elevate its Salesforce SiteGenesis ecommerce platform to meet market standards and propel its online sales objectives. To effectively support its goals, IKKS strategically decided to migrate to Salesforce Commerce Cloud Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).

OSF Digital helped IKKS implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud using a shared core codebase Reference Application (Ref App) for site-to-site code reuse and quick global online expansion. OSF has also unified two of IKKS’s sites into one, enabling easy maintenance and centralized content. The replatforming from SiteGenesis to SFRA and the creation of a new storefront for the I.Code brand allowed IKKS to achieve its main objectives.

OSF’s Store Locator Composable Storefront compatible cartridge for Salesforce Commerce Cloud helped IKKS save time and budget on implementation and transition to a headless commerce architecture. The cartridge provides shoppers with additional details on company stores and allows them to find the closest store based on their location.
