Customer BEHAVIOR TRACKER 2.0, the only cartridge of its kind for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, now has features for deeper tracking of how customers behave online

Québec City, Canada – December 04, 2018 OSF Digital announced today the release of its updated Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge Customer BEHAVIOR TRACKER 2.0 that has enhanced functionalities to help clients get comprehensive insights into how customers browse pages, shop, and even their checkout behavior. The update to this version includes SFRA compatibility and has new events to give a more in-depth look at what your website visitors are doing. They are set at the product detail page level and triggered by clicking, scrolling, and hovering over different pieces of product information, including product images, size, and composition detail.
