Québec City, Canada – December 04, 2018 – OSF Digital announced today the release of its updated Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge Customer BEHAVIOR TRACKER 2.0 that has enhanced functionalities to help clients get comprehensive insights into how customers browse pages, shop, and even their checkout behavior. The update to this version includes SFRA compatibility and has new events to give a more in-depth look at what your website visitors are doing. They are set at the product detail page level and triggered by clicking, scrolling, and hovering over different pieces of product information, including product images, size, and composition detail.
“At OSF Digital, we want our clients to feel confident in knowing how users engage with their sites and what areas have customers’ attention and the sections that might be abandoned before following through on an action. It was also important for us to make this version SFRA compatible for alignment with enhancements Salesforce has recently made,” says Simion Petrov, Ecommerce Operations Director, OSF Digital.
“Capturing quality and varied information about how consumers use a merchant’s website provides valuable data for companies to make informed decisions,” says Gerry Szatvanyi, CEO at OSF Digital. “We at OSF are pleased to be the only company to offer a cartridge that integrates Google Tag Manager and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. It addresses the needs of merchants wanting to track how users are operating on their website.”
