SOLUTION
Set up a feature-rich digital shop based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud to help the brand open a new revenue channel and start selling their beer and water brands online.
Integrated the ecommerce platform with the brand’s existing Salesforce Sales and Community Clouds to enable data synchronization between the platforms, provide a better view of the consumer, and help the brand become more customer-centric.
Developed a customized ticketing system to allow the beer brand to sell tickets (with a QR code) for activities such as music concerts, dinners and beer tasting sessions.
RESULTS
The beer brand now has entered the world of digital sales with its own online shop. The company is now selling beverages directly to consumers and benefits from vast merchandising opportunities.
