Integrator for Webpay is a Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) compatible cartridge designed to help merchants in Chile integrate their Salesforce Commerce Cloud-based ecommerce site with Webpay Plus, an online payment solution from Transbank, one of the most popular payment service providers in the region.

Whether you’re in retail, consumer goods, or grocery, offer your customers flexibility through payment options that are familiar to them. Integrator for Webpay empowers you to seamlessly integrate the Webpay Plus payment gateway with your Salesforce Commerce Cloud online store, and allows your customers to pay with credit cards, debit cards, as well as other payment options specific to Chile.

Main Features

SEAMLESS INTEGRATION

Merchants in Chile selling on a Salesforce Commerce Cloud-based ecommerce store can now easily integrate Webpay Plus as one of their payment gateways.
SFRA COMPATIBLE

Compatible with SFRA, Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s new customization model and blueprint for site design that builds websites faster and has hundreds of out-of-the-box features.
REST COMPATIBLE

As a REST compatible payment gateway, WebPAY allows client applications to interact with it using standard HTTP methods such as GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE. It uses URLs to identify and access different resources related to payment processing.
EXTERNALLY HOSTED CHECKOUT

After selecting Webpay Plus in the payment step, shoppers are redirected to the Transbank website, where they will have to select their preferred payment method – credit card, debit card, prepaid card.
SECURE CHECKOUT

Our cartridge, Integrator for Webpay, doesn’t store any credit card information and before finalizing the purchase on the Transbank website shoppers need to authenticate with their card details.
Payment status

The shopper will be notified of the status of the transaction and redirected back to your website, either to the Order Confirmation page for successful transactions, or the Cart page with an error message describing the reason for their failed payment.
2 MAIN DESIGNS

WebPAY encompasses two main designs: Complete Transaction, allowing businesses to collect credit card data directly on their site for future purchases, and WebPay Plus, enabling secure payment transactions through an external checkout. It has undergone refactorization, improved error handling and logging, added back button support, and introduced partial payment with gift certificates.
