As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platinum partner and experienced system integrator, OSF developed a portfolio of cartridges that enhance Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s capabilities, allowing retailers to amplify their ecommerce efforts and manage their websites with greater efficiency. Having analyzed WatchBox’s challenges, OSF recommended its Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridges BlogLINK and VideoLIB to assist the company in streamlining its processes and enhancing its ecommerce site.

OSF implemented BlogLINK, a Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) compatible and certified cartridge for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, to integrate WordPress blogs with the ecommerce platform. This blog integrator brings articles from WordPress into Salesforce Commerce Cloud as content assets, allowing WatchBox customers to read blog articles directly on the brand’s ecommerce website.

Furthermore, OSF integrated VideoLIB, a Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) compatible cartridge, to assist WatchBox in managing their video library and help the company encourage its customers to buy its products by watching informative and entertaining videos.

WatchBox now benefits from an improved content management process and is saving both time and money, compared to its previous way of working. It is now faster and easier to manage both written and video content.
