IT professional services provider OSF Digital announced today a new development partnership with TableSafe, Inc., for their revolutionary RAIL™ 2 payment platform. The RAIL 2 is the only purpose built pay-at-the-table system for the fine dining industry. The RAIL provides the highest level of security in the industry and a streamlined payment process.
TableSafe approached OSF Digital to decrease the development cycle by providing an extension to their own development resources in preparation of their RAIL 2.0 roll out. TableSafe required updates to their UDX Customer Portal and backend, and the creation of a Management Console Application for the iPad.
“The iPad application will provide restaurant managers with some much-needed visibility into the workflow and service quality provided by team members,” said Alexandru Guriuc, Mobile Operations Manager at OSF Digital. “It was a unique solution, but our team members had the required skillsets to do it.”
Guriuc recalls working with TableSafe on a previous project, and credits that positive experience for TableSafe’s formation of the new partnership. OSF Digital will provide management and development expertise to augment TableSafe’s existing resources and deliver both the Rail 2.0 UDX Portal and iPad solutions.

The RAIL 2 and the TableSafe UDX Portal are expected to be released in concert with the RAIL 2 launch in mid-year 2016.
