APEX program confirms OSF as meeting all quality measures, achieving maximum support score

, announced today it is the recent recipient of Salesforce’s Commerce Cloud Level 2 certification for meeting the rigorous requirements as a successful partner in Salesforce’s APEX Program
As a certified Level 2 partner, OSF Digital has proven success in performing both implementations and providing support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud customers on a long-term basis in support of their ecommerce websites.
To receive the certification, OSF had to achieve constant high scores for the Site Readiness Assessment (SRA), Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s 2-gate quality process for new implementations. The company also had to reach high scores for the customer support services OSF provides up-and-running online stores.
“One of the most helpful aspects for our support criteria is the number of customers that will work with OSF in the long run, and we still have our first customer working with us,” says Simion Petrov, eCommerce Operations Director at OSF Digital. In Q4 2016, OSF had the maximum score in terms of support, and is the only partner to have made that achievement. “It brings recognition for the quality of the services provided by OSF as measured by Salesforce tools,” Petrov continues.
The Salesforce Commerce Cloud APEX (“Achieving Partner Excellence”) program unties all elements of partner establishment, performance, and achievement into a single program to consolidate performance and quality goals, reward best practices and quality, and improve customer satisfaction. The Level 2 Certification requires rigorous resource commitments and quality measures on the part of the partner, including a substantial Commerce Cloud practice size and number of completed projects, to qualify.
