CRM technology services provider OSF Digital announced today the launch of its new partnership with automobile manufacturer, Nissan Brazil.
Nissan Brazil, headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, has a highly complex dealer incentives management process, where a significant number of manual tasks is required to plan, deploy and control dealer campaigns.
Nissan Brazil chose OSF Digital to simplify this process using the Salesforce CRM platform. OSF Digital provides a full suite of CRM implementation, customization and consulting services to a variety of companies around the world.
With the new technology, Nissan Brazil’s business rules will be automated, and information will be integrated automatically to other administrative and commercial systems, thus improving Nissan’s dealer incentives management process.
The solution is expected to launch in early December 2015.
