OSF Digital will help the financial service company better connect with their customers

The company retained OSF Digital to help them to obtain a powerful tool to enhance their customer relationship management processes with the goal of providing customers with innovative financial solutions and exceptional level of service.
This project will see OSF Digital implementing Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud Enterprise Edition for BRK Financial Group. This deeply customizable CRM will help the company to better respond to the requirements of their sales department. Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud Enterprise Edition will empower their sales agents to manage their customer database more efficiently. Based on the system-calculated risk score gained from answers to questionnaires, sales agents will gain the ability to match the client’s preferences with the most suitable products. This implementation allows for the regular upload of a customer’s portfolio to Salesforce, providing a better view of a customer for their sales representatives, allowing them to anticipate the preferences and needs of their clientele. BRK Financial Group will now be able to measure the performance of their sales team more precisely with the help of calculated KPIs.
Leveraging OSF’s proposed solution, BRK Financial Group will streamline the customer onboarding process. This implementation will also help the company ensure that they are compliant with MIFID II requirements (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive).
