Requirements
Our Project Managers focus on driving success by ensuring client satisfaction, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes, playing a key role in maximising the value of our services through the following:
- Ownership of project deliverables and completion, taking the lead on communication with client and internal teams.
- Define and plan scope, goals, scheduling and tracking timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Handle changes in project scope, identify risks documenting all blockers/changes
- Managing all project financials/budgets and roadmaps.
- Happy leading multiple concurrent projects of varying sizes
The type of person we're seeking would be along these lines...
- Intermediate level project management experience within a consultancy/vendor, we welcome the 'start-up' vibe and way of working.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Software/SaaS delivery and implementations
- Comfortable being the face of OSF with clients and leading updates/communications, knowing how and when to push back if needed.
- Adaptability to lead teams across large or concurrent smaller projects with different working methodologies.
This role is Auckland based, highly flexible working arrangements ideally with two days per week office/client based.
