We are hiring a Program Manager to engage with stakeholders, act as a liaison, develop strategies, coordinate projects, and optimize resources. Join us to lead teams and drive strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact, liaison, or facilitator between companies, employees, and clients.
  • Ensure that clients are well-informed and satisfied with the progress of the company’s services.
  • Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring coherence and alignment.
  • Manage and resolve inter-project dependencies, risks, and issues, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and teams within the program, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring efficient use of personnel, budget, and materials.
  • Ensure program deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making and problem-solving within the program, driving continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of program and project management methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex, multi-project programs.
  • Strong background in project management with a track record of successful project delivery. 
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage stakeholder relationships. 
  • Proficiency in program and project management software and tools. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
