We are seeking a talented Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a strong technical background in Marketing Cloud, with specific knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement, and be capable of handling administrative tasks as well.
- knowledge of Marketing Cloud Personalization and Data Cloud is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized Marketing Cloud solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business and technical requirements. Integrate and optimize Marketing Cloud Engagement features.
- Maintain and support deployed solutions.
- Master every key aspects of Engagement (Email builder, content builder, data extensions knowledge, etc.)
- Ability to propose and Implement best in class marketing use cases (back in stock notifications, transactional sends, abandoned cards, etc.) with complex connections (APIs, connectors, triggers, etc.)
- Handle administrative tasks related to Marketing Cloud.
- Train and advise end-users on best practices and the use of Marketing Cloud tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a consultant or developer on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- At least 5 years of experience with Marketing Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to code and customize solutions (AMP Script required).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Degree in computer science, marketing, or a related field.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (minimum Specialist, preferred Developer and/or Consultant)
- Experience in systems integration and data management.
