In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce Core Clouds.
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Core Clouds implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in development and customization activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, data models, and integration specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, including designing and delivering complex solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds, including their features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with data modeling, data migration, and integration with external systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization, with a focus on Salesforce Core Clouds.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of banking, insurance, wealth management, or other related sectors.
