Join our team as a Campaign Specialist, where you'll design and manage impactful email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and ensure high-quality communications. Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensure timely delivery of newsletters and other email communications.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop campaign strategies and objectives.
  • Operational Content Management:
  • Responsible for operational content management, including copywriting.
  • Advise customers on various email marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implement and supervise high-performance email marketing campaigns.
  • Feedback and Quality Assurance:
  • Control feedback loops, coordinate, and implement translations.
  • Carry out quality assurance to ensure high standards.
  • Editorial Planning:
  • Maintain awareness of customers' editorial plans.
  • Develop target group-specific texts and meaningful headlines.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Work out reports to derive recommendations for action and test scenarios.
  • Optimize ongoing email marketing measures for customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Education:
  • 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Successfully completed training, ideally in communication/marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Proven track record of managing successful email campaigns
  • Technical and Analytical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio – or other tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization
  • Basic technical understanding and interest in various marketing tools
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Interest / experience in usage of AI
  • Communication and Language Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Certifications and Additional Experience:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is a plus
