We are looking for an experienced Back-end Developer with expertise in CTI and OmniStudio to join our team. You will collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to design server-side logic, develop APIs, and maintain databases, ensuring performance and security. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop server-side logic and APIs to support the functionality of web applications. Implement and maintain databases and data models to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of back-end systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of back-end systems.
- Optimize back-end code and database queries for performance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in back-end development.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate front-end components with back-end systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of back-end systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
- Document technical specifications, code, and processes for future reference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or in a similar role, developing and maintaining server-side logic and databases, with expertise in CTI and OmniStudio.
- Strong understanding of back-end development principles, best practices, and technologies. Experience with programming languages.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL.
- Proficiency in back-end programming languages and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of database design and query optimization.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
