METHODOLOGY
Borrowing a best practice from the grocery industry, we mystery-shopped food retailers to assess the state of omnichannel.
Our omnichannel digital experts shopped and evaluated 26 U.S. food retailers (22 national/regional grocery chains and 4 clubs and super centers) across 175+ mobile, web and in-store criteria. Benchmarking criteria were based on OSF Digital´s experience and knowledge of current omnichannel best practices for the entire customer journey.
