YETI is an Austin, Texas-based manufacturer of outdoor lifestyle products. It is one of the fastest growing brands in the outdoor industry. Since 2014, it has increased its annual revenue from $50 million to more than $450 million.
The company had outgrown its ecommerce platform and was seeking a solution that would set the stage for a multi-site, multi-currency global commerce site that put their customers first. They wanted to enhance their mobile offering, as well as showcase the scintillating content produced by their valuable brand ambassadors. YETI's SAP system was integrated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud to help leverage data across these two platforms for use by various business units within the company.

This project involved a multi-cloud solution with a replatform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, which was then integrated with Service and Marketing Clouds. Customers now have a greater level of satisfaction as all of their relevant data is at the service agent's fingertips. Service reps are more productive than ever - responding to and closing cases faster, and now have the ability to place orders on behalf of their customers.
Using OSF One Page CHECKOUT, a custom-built checkout was designed to streamline the purchase process, ensuring that transactions are completed efficiently.
