Streamlining Service & Operations With A Mobile App

Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) is the world’s largest independent Coca-Cola bottler based on net sales, and a major fast-moving consumer goods company in Europe. CCEP makes, sells, and distributes non-alcoholic drinks to 300 million people in 13 countries: Andorra, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Iceland, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

The company was formed through the merger of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., Coca-Cola Iberian Partners SAU, and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke GmbH.

After the merger of three companies into a single entity, CCEP wanted to leverage a native iOS app to help their sales representatives manage their daily tasks and become more efficient in selling products to their customers.

OSF Digital developed a mobile application and connected the mobile app to Salesforce Community Cloud using Salesforce Mobile SDK.

Coca-Cola European Partners now has a mobile app that allows the company’s sales representatives to better plan their days to manage their workloads and empowers them to serve customers with greater efficiency and sell more products. Using this app, CCEP’s sales representatives can record customer data and calculate scores. The app also provides access to FAQs, as well as online and offline documents, seller stories, and customer-specific stories.
