External and internal e-commerce integration supporting official online store, Ubi Workshop®

OSF Digital announced today the launch of their solution for leading video game publisher Ubisoft® , featuring an integration and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud for marketing, media creation, distribution and sales.
Previously, Ubisoft® used external solutions to handle its e-commerce business. After examining the needs expressed by Ubisoft® for a global e-commerce integration with their existing systems, OSF Digital leveraged its international e-commerce experience in order to develop a worldwide, multi-domain system that enables sales and distribution of Ubisoft’s both digital and physical products.
The company migrated services for Ubisoft®’s official online store for games—and Ubi Workshop®—Ubisoft®’s online store for high-quality apparel and accessories—to the new, integrated e-commerce platform.
