Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce CRM connector to improve retailer’s marketing capabilities


Québec City, Canada – MAY 17, 2016OSF Digital, announced today Demandware’s (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud) certification of their OSF UnifyCOMMERCE connector, to be made available on Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s marketplace. The connector has been adopted by OSF’s long-term partner, UK supplements retailer, Predator Nutrition.

OSF UnifyCOMMERCE synchronizes data between Salesforce Commerce Cloud websites within a single Salesforce environment to provide better insight into key customer behavior metrics—enabling retailers to build a more effective marketing strategy, among other benefits. OSF cites the success of an existing solution with Predator Nutrition as a starting point for the new integration.

Predator Nutrition selected the cartridge in order to improve their marketing capabilities. In addition to sending orders, OSF UnifyCOMMERCE provides more information in Salesforce—including abandoned carts and wish lists—which enable Predator Nutrition to set up more sophisticated and personalized email campaigns.
