OSF’s Loyalty Program Cartridge is now SFRA Compatible

Québec City, Canada – November 28, 2019 OSF Digital announced today the release of its updated POINTS TO CART loyalty program cartridge for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

POINTS TO CART is now compatible with Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s new customization model and blueprint for site design. The cartridge is designed to assist merchants in leveraging a points-based loyalty program and encourage their customers’ continued engagement and activity on their online stores.

Once a merchant integrates OSF Digital’s POINTS TO CART with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the loyalty program is visible to customers throughout their entire shopping journey on the menu, category, product details, and checkout pages. Customers can easily enroll in the loyalty program and have an overview of their activities within a user-friendly dashboard. POINTS TO CART allows merchants to manage a rewards catalog directly in Business Manager. They can set the number of loyalty points granted for various actions a shopper performs, and select what products or services can be purchased using loyalty points.
