POINTS TO CART is now compatible with Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s new customization model and blueprint for site design. The cartridge is designed to assist merchants in leveraging a points-based loyalty program and encourage their customers’ continued engagement and activity on their online stores.
Once a merchant integrates OSF Digital’s POINTS TO CART with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the loyalty program is visible to customers throughout their entire shopping journey on the menu, category, product details, and checkout pages. Customers can easily enroll in the loyalty program and have an overview of their activities within a user-friendly dashboard. POINTS TO CART allows merchants to manage a rewards catalog directly in Business Manager. They can set the number of loyalty points granted for various actions a shopper performs, and select what products or services can be purchased using loyalty points.
“Our loyalty cartridge is designed to provide merchants with an additional revenue boost and helps them generate positive sentiment for their brand,” says Simion Petrov, VP of Innovation & APAC Client Services, OSF Digital. “With POINTS TO CART, it’s easy to launch an effective loyalty program that will inspire customers to repeat purchases and will turn them into enthusiastic brand advocates.”
