OSF Digital Partners with CBee Europe Ltd. for Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation

Global skincare company, based in London, UK aims to accelerate productivity of sales, marketing and reporting processes

Québec City, Canada – AUGUST 01, 2017 – OSF Digital announced it is starting work on a new project with natural health & beauty care manufacturer CBee Europe LTD, also known as Burt’s Bees.
OSF Digital will implement a basic Salesforce Sales Cloud solution for Burt’s Bees, UK & Europe. This initiative will help the company to centralize all B2B data they collect through different stores into Salesforce. The result will be improved analytics, enhanced customer relationship management and the ability to automate a variety of business activities. OSF will also provide training for the Burt’s Bees’ UK & Europe team to help them fully leverage this technology for sales data capture and reporting in Salesforce.

We used to gather all sales data in separate excel files, in different formats, which made it difficult to analyze the data as a whole.
