Brand launches a new customer loyalty program designed to boost customer engagement

Québec City, Canada – April 09, 2019 OSF Digital announced today the completion of a new project with Kiehl’s Canada. This cosmetics brand retailer is part of the L’Oréal Group, that specializes in premium skin, hair, and body care products.

Kiehl’s Canada was looking for a solution provider with a solid background assisting beauty brands in improving their customer experience. The brand wanted to offer a loyalty program to their valued shoppers. Thanks to a history of successful work that has been performed for the L’Oréal Group, OSF was selected to deliver this new loyalty program.

After performing a deep analysis of Kiehl’s existing technologies and systems, OSF developed and implemented a customer rewards program aligned with the brand’s vision. This project also involved the integration of Merkle LoyaltyPlus™ to help the brand track customers’ behavior, retrieve their purchase history and segment the customer database in order to enhance and personalize all interactions with their clientele.

Kiehl’s customers can now join the brand’s loyalty program and collect points for purchasing products, as well as interacting with Kiehl’s on social media. This move helps Kiehl’s connect with their clients on a deeper level, reward their returning customers, and encourage repeat visits with a variety of gifts and services that demonstrate gratitude for their loyalty. In the long run, this tailor-made rewards program will boost Kiehl’s customer engagement, improve customer retention rates, and increase average cart value.
