Québec City, Canada – May 08, 2019 – OSF Digital, announced today they have launched a new online commerce website for Urban Barn, a Canadian furniture and home décor retailer with fifty-five stores present in locations from British Columbia to Quebec.
Urban Barn’s existing ecommerce platform wasn’t able to keep up with the company’s growing business needs, and they were looking for a solution that could offer a modern and responsive experience for their customers on all devices. The company turned to OSF Digital and relied on their expertise in enabling brands to succeed in the rapidly changing ecommerce environment. OSF helped the Canadian retailer replatform urbanbarn.ca to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and fully leverage the scalability of this platform in order to provide a better customer experience.
OSF Digital performed the migration of Urban Barn’s legacy site over to Salesforce Commerce Cloud to help them achieve business growth from their ecommerce and omnichannel efforts. The agile, cloud-based ecommerce solution will facilitate customer engagement, boost conversion rates, and decrease shopping cart abandonment. The newly launched, feature-rich website handles multiple languages and is mobile responsive.
By leveraging several of OSF Digital ’s Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridges, Urban Barn will gain a better understanding of their consumers, and will provide a frictionless shopping experience. Customer BEHAVIOR TRACKER, the only LINK cartridge that facilitates the integration of Google Tag Manager with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, will help the brand obtain comprehensive insights into their customer’s page browsing, shopping, and checkout behavior. With One Page CHECKOUT, Urban Barn’s registered and guest customers can complete the checkout process in only one step instead of the standard three pages required for entering shipping and billing information and then order placement.
OSF Digital also performed several third-party integrations, including Curalate, Live Chat, Bronto, DIS, My Registry, GiveX Gift Cards, WalkInto, Lookbook, PowerReviews, and Google ReCaptcha.
