Québec City, Canada – September 9, 2020 OSF Digital, announced today the launch of Product Feed for Facebook & Instagram, a new cartridge for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Product Feed for Facebook & Instagram facilitates the integration between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the Facebook Shops products feed by enabling an easy export of a product catalog to Facebook Catalog Manager, empowering merchants to sell products from their digital store, via Facebook and Instagram Shops.

With Product Feed for Facebook & Instagram, merchants gain an easy way to leverage social commerce and expand their customer base by reaching new customers who already use Facebook and Instagram, and offering them a convenient way to shop without the burden of going through a long checkout process.
