Québec City, Canada – September 19, 2018 – OSF Digital, announced today the launch of its new cartridge, FastOMS for Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This product will assist companies in performing basic order management activities and will bring additional functionality into their Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager module without a lengthy integration process.
Online shop managers will be able to benefit from enhanced order search capabilities as well as the ability to edit order information, cancel, and/or void payments for unpaid, unshipped orders. They are also empowered with the capability to offer partial or full refunds using a host of payback types including a credit card credit, gift certificate or mixed refund.
