Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project and technical account management activities;
  • Managing a portfolio of customers and working with development teams and other end users to ensure high customer satisfaction;
  • Ensuring financial targets are reached;
  • Prioritize features, define project scope, identify risks;
  • Understanding clients' operations and systems and communicating with internal technical teams and external clients to generate functional requirements and technical specifications;
  • Documenting all technical projects carried out with clients and undertaking project work across the team as required;
  • Assisting in defining User Acceptance Criteria and working with QA manager, Technical Project manager or Team Lead and other stakeholders for system implementation and development;
  • Facilitating and leading meetings with client and technical team (prepare agendas, guide discussions) prior to, during and post delivery of services;
  • Providing regular reporting on project progress, risks and gaps to client and internal stakeholders including operations, sales and executive teams;
  • Assisting OSF’s in-market sales staff in visiting clients and prospects on site for presentations, proposals and requirements meetings;
  • Building strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels and documenting knowledge about the client’s business and technical setup;
  • Building strong relationships with Client Services team members and feedback any important client information to them;
  • Ensuring client’s support tickets are resolved in a fast and professional manner and comply to agreed Service Level Agreements;
  • Identify any training/knowledge needs for clients and colleagues, preparing and performing training of clients and colleagues, participation in reference groups, training, and testing on new functionality etc.;
  • Participation at professional conferences and events.

Requirements:

  • Results-driven, customer-focused, articulate, and analytical professional who can think out of the box, with strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills;
  • Experience in leading software solutions design, business development, transition of projects from presales to delivery, and sales support while maintaining responsibility for the development and rollout of new solutions;
  • Negotiations and consulting skills are nice-to-have;
  • Experience with Agile software development approaches;
  • Relevant direct work experience in a Program and/or Engagement Manager role, including all aspects of presales, account development and software development lifecycle;
  • Previous experience in a Project Manager role with a focus on delivering implementations, integrations of various software applications;
  • Previous experience in managing remote/distributed teams;
  • Previous experience in working with cross-functional teams;
  • Previous experience in managing eCommerce projects, and multi-technologies projects;
  • University degree or college diploma in the field of IT and/or Business Administration and/or Engineering;
  • Familiar with web programming languages, technologies, and the overall software development lifecycle;
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce and Sales Cloud is considered a plus;
  • Fluency in English. French nice-to-have. Spanish nice-to-have.
