We are looking for a highly skilled and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a growth-oriented environment. This is a key position that will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth goals and customer acquisition objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, nurturing leads, qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales leads through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling and emailing
  • Thoroughly understand business and customer needs, pain points and requirements
  • Nurture existing contacts through the buyer’s journey to generate interest and schedule meetings with qualified prospects and appropriate OSF sales executives
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows and other in-person and online events to convert visitors/participants into immediate and future meetings and opportunities
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and appropriate sales executives
  • Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects that turn into viable opportunities, and eventually revenue, for the company
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows and other in-person and online events to convert visitors/participants into immediate and future meetings and opportunities

Requirements:

  • A successful candidate will be a motivated people person with 2 years or more of proven inside sales success and experience
  • The stamina to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to quickly ascertain and build relationships with key decision makers at target accounts
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day and sending appropriate follow up emails
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to persuade over the phone and to craft successful emails
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and constant curiosity to learn about new products, offers, solutions and try new approaches
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent strongly preferred
