We are looking for a deeply experienced and competitive Inside Sales Manager who thrives in a growth-oriented environment. This is a player/coach position that will play a key role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth goals that will drive the evolution and expansion of the inside sales team for OSF in North America. You must be comfortable working your own Inside Sales territory to lead your team by example, while also managing and monitoring the inside sales team and process. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and it is essential to have excellent communication skills and a high level of comfort working in and motivating the inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales leads and opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling and emailing for your assigned territory
  • Research accounts and thoroughly understand business and customer needs, pain points and requirements
  • Nurture existing contacts through the buyer’s journey to generate interest and schedule meetings with qualified prospects and appropriate OSF sales executives
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows and other in-person and online events to convert visitors/participants into immediate and future meetings and opportunities
  • Manage the inside sales representative team
  • Track and report on sales targets for the team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales process
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual inside sales forecasts
  • Use lead and prospect feedback to generate ideas about new marketing campaigns, initiatives or new features or products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance, HR and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open and supportive communication environment for your team
  • Liaise with Marketing and Sales departments to ensure brand consistency, improve lead flow and increase sales

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be a motivated people person with 3-5 years of proven history of inside sales success and deep inside sales management experience
  • The stamina to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a deep understanding of the inside sales process and tactics
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Broad-based business expertise required with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud and/or ecommerce industry experience a plus
  • Deep experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and constant curiosity to learn about new products, offers, solutions and try new approaches
  • A collaborative, problem-solving attitude and the ability to lead by example
  • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or equivalent strongly preferred
