Responsibilities:

  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements;
  • Collaborate closely with the PMs to analyze the performance of team members and determine training and recruitment needs;
  • Develop and follow up on the completion of career\growth plans for the team members;
  • Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving;
  • Offer support in implementing and running associated Talent Management programs for the team;
  • Work on staffing plan in order to engage the best people available for each project when necessary;
  • Make sure that the best practices, procedures and policies are followed by all team members;
  • Monitor projects budget and work with Project Managers and Project Teams to keep it under control;
  • Ensure that presales activities are being well developed and that the team is supporting all technical activities required by sales opportunities;
  • Ensure a high CSAT score and work with the team to define plans for achievement;
  • Plan, monitor an act in such a manner that division KPIs are met or even overachieved;
  • Create periodical and ad-hoc reports regarding division KPIs and performance.

Requirements:

  • Leadership/ Management Skills: previous extensive experience on driving, coaching, mentoring and leading teams;
  • Resource Management: deep knowledge and experience on how to design and build a high effective team, balancing skills and constraints;
  • Very good experience with software development processes, like SCRUM and Waterfall;
  • Strong grasp of the KPI’s and tool used for controlling the efficiency of delivery for a portfolio of projects;
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, for both team and customer communication;
  • Customer Facing: Must drive customer satisfaction and address complains and problems;;
  • Experience of at least 3 years as a Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, Delivery Manager;
  • Strong grasp of the KPI’s and tool used for controlling the efficiency of delivery for a portfolio of projects;
  • Advanced English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience on Commerce Business (B2C, B2B, Retail, Services);
  • Experience with Salesforce products or any other competitor;
  • Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Community, Slack, Sharepoint,etc.
