We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in the telecommunications sector to support a complex project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and the ability to establish strong professional relationships with customers. This role demands exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Analyze and document business requirements within the telecommunications sector, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Organize and run workshops with the client to lead the Discovery & Design Phases, understanding client operations, processes, and systems.
- Articulate the right questions to extract business and technical requirements, gathering, understanding, structuring, and analyzing business needs.
- Define project scope and identify risks.
- Determine potential solutions for both technical and business compatibility.
- Write detailed functional specifications (FSDs), use cases, and user stories, including designs and diagrams, to transform business needs into actionable requirements for the development team.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and customers to design and deploy robust eCommerce solutions across omni-channel platforms.
- Validate implementation against requirements to ensure that customer needs match the solution.
- Maintain continuous updates to the FSDs to document changes in scope.
- Contribute to ongoing process and methodology improvements.
- Utilize Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the e-commerce and telecommunications industries.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple aspects of complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in business analysis software and tools.
- Fluent in French and English.
