Tasks:
- Your focus is on building strong customer and partner relationships.
- Your passion for sales and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud makes it easy for you to identify with OSF Digital Services and inspire potential new customers.
- You seek to engage with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud organization to initiate and develop joint projects.
- You have the full support of the Delivery Center Salesforce Marketing Cloud DACH and cooperate closely with its Executive Director
- You represent OSF Digital Germany and its services in front of customers and partners and are responsible for actively addressing qualified leads.
- You maintain and intensify relationships with Salesforce to identify and develop joint projects
- You are a passionate team player and successfully contribute to the acquisition work with partners
- You are particularly responsible for networking with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud sales unit
- You use your knowledge of CRM and marketing and ideally of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to identify the needs of customers and partners
- You negotiate independently with decision-makers on the customer and partner side and coordinate your sales work, also across departments, for example with the project management team.
- You conduct market and competition analyses and develop your sales strategies
- You analyze the CRM challenges of customers and present them with sensible and effective solutions.
- You conduct partner and customer meetings as well as workshops on your own responsibility and keep an eye on the current trends and developments on the market.
Requirements
- We don't want to dictate what education or degree you have to have - it's much more important to us that you enjoy networking with customers and partners and either already have at least two years of professional experience in sales or would like to develop from a tekkie in this direction.
- You have an insight into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud organization and a good understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- You feel at home in at least one of these areas: email marketing, social media, or the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- You enjoy building and expanding long-term, deep partnerships and ensuring mutual success - to that end, you always think in a solution- oriented way and from a customer perspective.
- You take great pleasure in constantly educating yourself and learning new things.
- Thanks to your quick perception, you always manage to stay up to date in an innovative and dynamic environment.
