Integrator for CANADA POST

Integrator for Canada Post is a Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) compatible cartridge designed to provide seamless integration between Canada Post and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. It allows merchants to provide their retail, apparel or footwear customers with trusted and reliable shipping services.

  • SFRA Ready


    Integrator for Canada Post is compatible with the Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) version of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • 01 Spotlight on Deployment


    In the shipping section on the checkout page, customers can see all Canada Post delivery options related to their cart contents and addresses.

    Customers from Canada can select this option if they choose Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost delivery options. To get the order shipped to a post office they will have to select an office from the map by entering their postal code.

    Customers will get the accurate shipping rates after selecting a delivery option.

    Customers can track their orders shipped with the Canada Post option by using a tracking number from the order details page in their account. Tracking is also available for guest users.

    The cartridge enables a reporting tab, where a list of all orders made with Canada Post shipping is available. For each order you have the possibility to create various label, as well as issue an invoice.
