Picklist INSIGHTS tracks the records in the Salesforce CRM and generates reports based on the picklist values to deliver insights into the lifecycle of business processes. The app, which can be used by multiple teams, provides access to data analytics for each CRM record and enables users to build charts for better visualization of different data points about each record.
