La Polar has 38 stores across Chile offering a wide range of products including clothing, accessories, sporting goods, beauty products, gifts, infant products, electronics, furniture, furnishings, and household products. The company’s online presence wasn’t keeping up with their growing business needs and their customer’s expectations. To meet growing demands, La Polar sought help from OSF to select a modern, feature-rich, cloud-based ecommerce platform to replace their existing aging technology.
OSF Digital will perform a Salesforce Commerce Cloud re-platforming for La Polar’s website in order to improve the customer’s experience on the ecommerce site.
