OSF Digital Completes Salesforce Commerce Cloud Replatforming for MO, a brand of Sonae Sports and Fashion

Leveraging the robust functionalities of an agile ecommerce solution

Québec City, Canada – May 31, 2019 OSF Digital announced today the release of a new ecommerce site for Modalfa – Comércio e Serviços S.A. doing business as MO. This consumer goods business is a part of the Sonae Sports & Fashion group of brands and is focused on marketing and selling a wide range of clothing, footwear and accessories. MO operates 120 stores and is one of the largest textile fashion brands in Portugal. The company also has a presence in Spain, Cambodia, Guatemala, Lebanon, Angola and Mozambique.

MO’s existing ecommerce solution was complex and expensive to maintain and update. The company aimed to improve its ecommerce presence and deliver an enhanced customer experience, leading MO to engage OSF Digital for this replatforming project.

OSF Commerce performed an implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud based on SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture), ensuring easy site deployment. The shared architecture of SFRA will help Sonae to go to market faster and simplify the ecommerce ecosystem for the entire family of brands within the Sonae Sports & Fashion group.

Thanks to OSF’s commerce website replatforming based on SFRA, we’re now able to accelerate our plans for ecommerce expansion involving other Sonae brands.”
