Québec City, Canada – January 21, 2019 – OSF Digital announced today the company has started work to enhance the online customer experience for Alexandre Birman USA —a popular footwear brand inspired by Brazilian designer Alexandre Birman. The brand is known for Birman’s beautiful, handcrafted shoes, made from exotic python and leather reminiscent of his Brazilian roots. Alexandre Birman’s sophisticated footwear is available in flagship stores in New York City, Florida, and Brazil, an assortment of leading retailers, and online.
Alexandre Birman USA selected OSF Digital after looking for an experienced company to help the brand enhance its Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The brand required assistance in configuring its Marketing Cloud Email Studio, as well as performing a data import of contacts and subscriber data. Alexandre Birman USA also required the implementation of Webhook to capture customer-created events from Shopify and then the sending of a welcome email from Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They also required OSF to work on the implementation of the Sender Authentication package, creation of a data extension to populate Subscriber, Openers and Non-Openers data, creation of required automations to extract data from data views/measures to Data extensions, and creation of Journey’s and Automations as required by the brand.
OSF Digital will also perform a Google Analytics audit, create a Google Tag Manager tagging plan, conduct an SEO audit, and will develop an SEO strategy as well as engage in optimization efforts. OSF will also implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud for Alexandre Birman USA and integrate the brand’s Shopify platform with Service Cloud.
